At ORA Traders we trade Europe’s competitive markets with our own cutting edge trading software. Finding and deploying opportunities are key part of what makes us profitable. Within your team you fully manage an own trading book. Your tasks will encompass many different responsibilities, primarily making good risk-reward trading decisions. But just as importantly working closely with development and research to make continuous improvements.
What we expect
As a Trader you will continuously price and trade financial products to fulfill our market making responsibilities. You will need to digest information from multiple sources and take action to adjust trading parameters. Result of trading will also be to manage the risk of the complex portfolio of financial instruments.
To be successful we expect from you:
- Msc. in engineering, mathematics, physics, econometrics, data science, finance or related disciplines
- At least 2- 4 years working experience in the financial industry
- Working experience with Excel i.e. VBA
- Entrepreneurial and Strong analytical skills
- Self-directed and able to work under minimal supervision
- Team player and communicator
